What happens when I request an offer?
Once we receive your request, we will confirm the availability of the boat, as well as check for alternative ones. To ensure your experience is the best it can be, we may contact you to discuss your request in detail. Let us do the research for you – free of charge.

Is an advance booking mandatory?
Advance booking is not obliged but recommended if willing to benefit from the best choice.
We show as much flexible as possible for any change needed; please refer to our CANCELLATION POLICY and feel free to contact us for further assistance.

The deposit
For your booking, we’ll be sending a deposit request to your email address through our safe bank system (accepting Visa and Mastercard). The amount is around 30% of the total price. When you proceed, a payment confirmation is sent to you and to LA PLAGE. Your booking agent will then confirm your booking details and the due balance to be paid on the spot.

Are there any other costs I should be aware of?
All rentals and excursions with LA PLAGE are gas, tax and service included.
See the list « ARE INCLUDED » and « PLEASE PROVIDE » available on each activity page. If willing to add a specific option (Champagne aboard or so), your booking agent can send a quotation upon request.

Change or cancellation
Cancellations must take place 72H or more prior to the scheduled service. If so, we proceed with a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations made within less than 48H are not eligible for refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of bad weather (big rains or swell for instance), we’ll see together how to postpone your activity or, if impossible, the booking is cancelled and we refund your deposit.

If just cloudy or intermittent tropical showers, we’ll consider together if a cancellation would be justified; if not but still cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.

Common sense must always play a part in our decisions. For your comfort and safety, since 2008, our team has been experimented in estimating the weather conditions and we’re happy our guests still appreciate our services.
