🔹 Is a reservation mandatory?
A reservation is not mandatory, but highly recommended, especially during peak season (July to September, year-end holidays) or during cruise ship stops, to ensure the best choice of activities and schedules.
We remain flexible for any changes.
Please check our cancellation policy or contact us for any requests.
🔹 Can we pay for the activity in cash on the day of the tour?
Payment must be made before the tour at the time of booking. Payment is made through the website.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, or in cash (Pacific Francs, Euros, or US Dollars) for last-minute bookings at the office.
🔹 How do deposits work?
To validate your booking request, a deposit will be requested via PayPal.
Upon receipt of your payment, a confirmation email for the payment and acknowledgment of your booking request will be automatically sent to you.
Our team will then handle your request and will get back to you by email to definitively confirm your reservation.
🔹 Are there any additional fees to expect?
No. All our services include taxes, fuel, and various fees.

🔹 Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Of course.
Here are our cancellation conditions:
- If you cancel more than 72 hours before your activity: 90% refund of the deposit. 10% of the price of your excursion will not be refunded. They will cover the pre-booking fees (bank fees, online payment fees, conversion rates).
- If you cancel between 48 and 72 hours before your activity: 50% refund of the deposit.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before your activity: the deposit is non-refundable.

🔹What happens in case of bad weather and the cancellation comes from us LA PLAGE BORA?
We prioritize your safety and comfort:
- If the weather forecasts heavy rainfall or swell, we will offer a reschedule, or a full refund if the activity must be canceled.
- In case of cloudy skies or passing showers, our team will assess the actual conditions. If you choose to cancel despite our green light, the deposit will remain due.

🔹 What is the policy regarding Insurance & Liability
All services offered by LA PLAGE benefit from comprehensive insurance coverage, including Civil Liability, to ensure your safety and peace of mind.
In the context of a rental without a skipper, the boat operator is fully responsible for any damage resulting from non-compliance with navigation instructions (see the regulations: Boat Rental & Assistance and Safety).
In accordance with customary practices, personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client. We recommend not leaving valuable items unattended on board.
